People can choose their leader by voting for them. In India we have a democratic government which allows us to choose our leaders or representative by direct voting.

1. Leader be it the leader of the society, a management leader, or leader of any field people should trust that particular person.
2. Trust is the keyword when a person is chosen as a leader. A prime minister or a minister is the leader of the society. People elect them to achieve progress in society. The person is elected based on the things promised by the person to execute after he comes in the position of power.
