Minimum percentage varies for all colkeges and admissions to engineering is on basis of entrance exam scores/ranks. For NITs, IIITs and GFTIs you need minimum 75%aggregate marks in 12th. Jee makn is must for above mentioned colleges for software /IT engineering..
