How plaster of paris is made?​

Plaster of Paris is made up from gypsum. Gypsum is a naturally occurring mineral. It is a hydrated calcium sulphate mineral which has molecular formula of CaSO4·2H2O.

=> Extreme heat given to gypsum evaporates water from the gypsum and create a fine powder and when we mixed the powder with water , it produces a cement-like material.
