pollution in India is very severe. the monuments are getting dark patches on it. this happens due to air pollution. for example acid rain has made taj mahal dark patches on it due to increased amount of industries and air pollution near it.

⇒ pollution are mainly caused by vehciles and industries . these contains hazardous chemicalslike sulpul di oxid , carbon momo oxide.

⇒now these gases mixes with the rainwater in atmosphere. this creates acid rain
