The judiciary is as powerful as other arms of the government .The judiciary is a major stakeholder in the government and i it matters of personal and national interests are are solved .The judiciary is grounded in  the constitution of India and therefore  has got power to rule over conflicts .The constitution as well accords the judiciary power to preside over matters with great integrity and democratically within the parameters of the constitution.
