Answer:

I was working nights and weekends as an inventory "specialist" to pay for community college. I would get to work - after 20 minutes to an hour of driving - at 9 pm, scan bar codes as fast and accurately as I could until 3 am, drive home to get some sleep, and then be up for my 8:30 am class a few hours later. At the time I was also going through a pretty significant bout of depression and was dealing with a lot of family and interpersonal issues.

On an impulse I decided to apply for school and a job in my favorite city, Boise Idaho. I applied for a software engineering internship at Micron Technology that in hindsight I was even less qualified for than I thought. They gave me a phone interview, of which I bombed the coding questions. But I did something apparently no other candidate did, I admitted when I didn't know something, and did so in a way that showed that I was eager to learn. They gave me the job.

I learned more during that internship about software, people skills, planning, and just raw getting-stuff-done than I ever had before - and I got paid over 50% more than my inventory job. With that money I was able to pay for my next semester of school and with the experience I was able to get another software job that has helped me pay for this semester. I haven't had to work before 7 am or after 6 pm once, let alone on a weekend. I am now in an industry that I love, that challenges me, that keeps me learning, and pays the bills.

Answer:

Programming is a passion and it is an art that shows how creative you can be and this feel kept me aloof from quitting also I wanted to become as good as them who have inspired me a lot.

For me programming and learning about Computer Science is everything, its life. I never knew that there was a programmer in me. Even the day before taking admission to a university, I never knew I had to do Graduation in Computer Science and I thought of Studying mechanical enginnering. But I don't know why but I took Computer Science and that was a best decision I ever made. I live for programming and I want to promote Computer science to the hearts of all and as much as I can. Whenever someone has some confusion with programming then I devote myself to make them understand as much as I can, to make them better at it.

I am learning yet and I am inspired by others who are far far far better than me with the goal that someday I will be as good a them or even better than them.

Programming taught me to be sincere focused and more importantly made me feel who I am and what I want to be in the future :)
