Answer:

protein synthesis occurs in cellular structures called ribosomes , found out-side the nucleus. The process by which genetic information is transferred from the nucleus to the ribosomes is called transcription. During transcription, a strand of ribonucleic acid (RNA) is synthesized.

Answer:

Protein synthesis is a very complex process that occur in the ribosomes. The ribosomes are particles made of RNA and proteins that go along a molecule of mRNA (messenger RNA) that is the carrier of sequence information for the synthesis. The different aminoacids are activated by other type of RNA, transfer RNA o tRNA, and are incorporate into the nascent pepetide chain according the instructions dictated by mRNA. At the same time, the process requires many other protein factors and energy in the form of guanosine triphosphate (GTP). The process can be divided in three stages: Initiation, Elongation and Termination. Each requires a different set of auxiliary proteins.

In simple words,The DNA in the nucleus is first transcribed into mRNA. The mRNA leaves the nucleus and in the cytoplasm, ribosomes attach to mRNA and starts translation, i.e. from mRNA to protein. The work is done by ribosome and tRNA which tRNA brings amino acids to assemble them as a polypeptide chain (protein).
