Proto industrialisation was a system in which most of the work is done in countryside and workers are involved in it with their whole family.
In the city population was very more and there was very less opportunity of job also the trade quilds were more powerful in city so they suppress the small traders to trade that is why they began to employ people in countryside who are unemployed.
The poor people were benefitted by it because they can produce for traders on their home only by involving whole family and they get better wages also this help traders to increase employment in rural area.
Now the condition of the farmers and unemployed people was better.
