The answer is very complex but let me try
Ans. If in a country the population is very large then its very difficult to provide each and every facility and education to everyone but on the other hand if their is a country with very less popoulation (like japan) then its very easy for the government to provide education and facilities to everyone. Hence we can conclude that the quality of population depents on the growth of nation.
