A warmer climate is expected to increase the risk of illnesses and death from extreme heat and poor air quality. Climate change will likely increase the frequency and strength of extreme events (such as floods, droughts, and storms) that threaten human health and safety.

Heavy rains pose as a threat to a community. For instance heavy rains bring floods, storms and droughts. This affects the society seriously as it may lead to loss of lives, property destruction etc.

Heavy rains destruct social gatherings in most cases. For instance when its raining heavily, no meetings can take place.

Heavy rains hinder the growth of crops and this affects farmers
