HERE IS THE ANSWER OF YOUR QUESTION :-

A rainbow is formed when a light pass through the water drop or rain drop. When light passes through the water droplet then the water drop act as a prism which splits the light into seven colours. First of all there is an reflection of light in water droplet, then dispersion. After reflection light undergoes refraction and then again reflection. After it, it splits into seven colours.
