How RBC can survive without nucleus?

Answer: RBCs are there to supply oxygen in the body and they do so via the help of hemoglobin. So, they are designed to have maximum area to incorporate hemoglobin to supply maximum hemoglobin that they can incorporate and thus they have no cell organelle like nucleus or mitochondria

The red blood cells without nuclei, called reticulocytes, subsequently lose all other cellular organelles such as their mitochondria, Golgi apparatus and endoplasmic reticulum. The spleen acts as a reservoir of red blood cells, but this effect is somewhat limited in humans.
