how react with student in first day of school???

With sweetness as If students are of age 5-9 then u have to react them a little bit as a child you have to react them such that they beleive that u are a beleivable,friendly person with which they can share their own feelings and If the students are of age above 10 then show some strictness but not major in a minor quantity also show some friendlyness with them it is depended on that child that how much the child is naughty If it is more naughty then show strictness with minor sweetness or If the child is intelligent and kind then show friendliness and sweetness with a minor strictness..
