How rest and motion are relative terms justify

Rest and motion are the states.It depents upon the frame of reference. Actually both the term are not absolutely defined.we define it by relating it with reference point.For example,imagine we are sitting in a bus and bus moves.so,according to the view of us we are in rest states and according to the people who look us from outside the bus,we are in state of motion.so here we understand that its depends upon our view.so rest and motion are relative terms.
