How rough surfaces are useful to us ? Give reason

Answer:

Rough surfaces provides us friction which makes us easy to walk. Without friction, we can't walk as on a smooth surface e.g. icy surface, it's tough to walk as these surfaces don't provide friction. HOPE IT HELPS YOU.
