How's it's possible to blow hot, blow cold with the same breath

If you're blowing through very narrow pursed lips, the air is going very quickly and it tends to mix in very strongly with the air around it. So, what's hitting your hand is mostly air from the room, it's moving quite quickly and quick moving air tends to feel cold because it moves heat away from your hand quicker.

If we blow fast from a small opening the air comes out cold.
Whereas, If we blow slowly from a large opening the air comes out hot.
Further, If we place our hand on our mouth ,we feels warm , that is ; we feel hot air.
Then again If we move it away, we feels cold .
