- By behaving as their friends.
- By calling the student alone and ask the problems he/she faces as students don't tell in front of all students.
- By motivating him/her to tell and to do right thing.
- By begin polite
- By begin lenient if they do mistakes.
- By having patients when they ask something.
- By not doing partiality among students
- By respecting the freedom of speaking of students.
- By telling the some motivational stories
- The most important thing is " teachers should prepare the student for path.
