How should an agrrement be ratified to be binding under international law?

International agreement is the formal commitments that are made between the countries.


If there are some rectification to be done in the agreement then two or more countries then the President or Prime Minister of the country can make changes.


However, it is important to take the advice and consent of the Senate.
