I would suggest you to go through cell theory in detail, and other similar important chapters from Bio. Get previous year paper and see what chapters were mainly focused.
In my case, there were some questions on enzymes, their formation site and target site etc. Also, there were questions from Geometrical Optics (mind you not wave optics).
In maths, one question was from simple geometry, and some from number theory. Point is just see previous two, or maybe three. Try to solve them in the time limit. See where you are missing. Prepare on those topics.
Chemistry was fairly easy for me, as it had some simple questions from stoichiometry and mole concept, and some very easy questions from General Organic Chemistry and Hydrocarbons. I would strongly suggest you to go through NCERT for almost all the chapters in chemistry. Especially chapters like Organic Chemistry and Chemical Bonding.
I would suggest you to try to solve the mock tests available on the official site, so as you will be familiar with the interface you will be going to use in those three hours (or whatever).
** my brother went for it , this is his point of view :) hope it helped! **
