Well, a primarily supposed idea by many scientists is that all the nuclear waste should be sent off to the Sun by a rocket where it will degrade under the influence of the high temperature of the Sun.

The radiations coming from it would still be extremly harmful. That's another reason that the radioactive waste dump areas are usually located a thousand miles away from the human settlements, maybe some island. But we are running out of dump sites.
so are there no, radiation proof containers ?? where we could dispose off the radioactive substamce ?

Yes it's a good idea to transport the waste to the Sun but it's not practical because of the high cost it requires reprocessing can somewhat reduce nuclear waste disposer
