How should the wire in a magnetic field move so that Fleming's Right Hand Rule is applicable?

it is applicable in all directions, you may be confused with flemings left hand rule, you can calculate force by using the formula BIsintheta=force

I=current

B=magnetic field strength

theta=angle between the direction of current and the direction of magnetic field

chowkillanagarovgnf7: sorry the formula is qvBsintheta
chowkillanagarovgnf7: and for flemings right hand rule the current is highest at right angles
chowkillanagarovgnf7: there is another complex concept where area acts as vector
chowkillanagarovgnf7: but to tell it simple
chowkillanagarovgnf7: the induced current starts to decrease when angle between the direction of the magnetic field and force starts going above 90 or bellow 90
