The team members should take their tasks which is much more appropriate to their skills.

As a team leader stop taking a suggestion from anyone or if you want to allocate the tasks by your own then you must decide the best part of every employee and allocate by that only you must allocate the work.

Hi there,

In a scrum project, the scrum master is strictly prohibited to assign tasks to to the team member. Under no circumstances, he is to allot tasks or duties to his team members.

The allocation of tasks in a scrum project usually happens when the clients give out the detailed features of their requirements and distribute the tasks according to the employee skills and expertise. This process usually occurs during the time when the planing of the project is under consideration and it is undergoing iteration.

I hope the answer is helpful.

Thanks for asking.
