Sweating helps in maintaining our body temperature . It is the release of water from the body along with some waste products like urea , some salts etc. Unlike urine , sweat can be released from almost the entire skin ! This is because sweat is released from the sweat glands that are located throughout the body , but not evenly . The sweat the comes out kf the body evaporates . This evaporation of sweat actually cools the body thereby affecting the body temperature .
