Therefore, updating the team-members about relevant news personally, or through an intranet could ensure that information is shared effectively, and the team can make informed decisions rather than be swayed by biases or inaccuracy.The second step is sharing the information amongst peers as it can also encourage healthy debates and thereby improve their overall understanding of the subject.
