Hello
Here's the Answer :
☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
Socialism prevails in joint family because it believes in the socialistic principle i.e. “from each according to his ability and to each according to his necessity. Hence Sir Henry maine is right when he remarked that the joint family is like a corporation where the father acts as it’s trustee. Earnings of all the members are kept in a common family fund from where the expenditures are met.
In the Joint family parents & children social value are the same because family is the basic cultural unit in which socialization of the childis accomplished. The child internalizes the values, norms and ideals of the cultural group in which he grows and there by becomes a functioning member of the society.
Primary socialization takes place early in life, as a child and adolescent. Secondary socialization refers to the socialization that takes place throughout one's life, both as a child and as one encounters new groups that require additional socialization.
