how sugar can help in earning of foreign exchange

Sugar is obtained by processing sugarcane.We already know that India is agricultural country.

By increasing the sugarcane agriculture and processing it with the help of industries we can obtain sugar,jarery etc.

Hence by exporting this we can increase foregin exchange.
