Technology has drastically changed our lives. We now suffer from a number of diseases, which includes the parents of all diseases—obesity and diabetes. Obesity is caused due to lack of physical exercise. This has happened mostly in the developed countries such as USA where there many conputers. Most of the jobs and work is done on computers. Also, peopel do not time for refreshment, morning walk, physical exercise, etc. even on Sundays and holidays mainly due to work pressure. They have become stressed, highly stressed with high blood pressure and heart disease. Although our work has become simpler with the advent of computers and technologies, our physical and mental exercise has reduced a lot. We now hesitate even to do chores of our own house.
This is just the begining—like Bahubali:The Begining, which itself was superhit—now the situation is going to become worser than ever before with the entry of robots and Artificial Intelligence in our lives. Present-day comouters require us to some extent and we at least some mental (serious) work to guide them. They cannot do anything on their own. They can do something on their own only after we program them. But robots and AI will not require even this. We will stop physical as well as mental exercise of all types. We will stop thinking completely. This will be even worser as human brain sharpens with every use (and AI weakens with every use) and our IQ will reduce drastically. This can be seen in some generations after the advent of AI and robots.
Technology is a boon as well as bane. But now, it has become a greater—probably the greatest—bane than boon. This should be controlled now before somebody else controls our planet Earth and our supreme dominance on this planet is overthrown by somebody else who does not even belong to this planet indegeneously.
