Well most teenagers use to spend their time On studies because teen is a age where we have to learn alots of things ,Like this period includes, secondary levels of schools & collages,so it must be neccesary to focus on your present's studies & those all hobbies for a best future,So most good students of this age spend their time in studies & all,
Well social media is the one which almost all or most teens use which is good & bad to,it depends how u gonna deal well excess of evrything is bad,if u wanna be far from these things then i suggest yes please but if not then use in limits,.
Mobile phone is a boon or a bane boths,not only teenagers use this gadget,even children,adults too,From my point of view this gadget is good too,it depends how u gonna deal,well excess of everything is bad so i just suggest use it as much u need,

NOW its depends on how any one use to spend their precious time but as my experience says,and from my point of veiw: most peoples says on internet or etc, but i don't think so,not all use to spend their time on internet, on social medias and etc.
Most of the teens are so intellegent in studies they use to give their maximum time in studies & etc.
Now society and nature keeps matter how u gonna deal, now its about ourself but not all stand it properly !
Most use to do what makes them happy,their hobbies and etc.
like some like to play football,cricket & etc.so they use to give extra time for their favourites.
And this more good than spemding invain time on phone !
Some have hobbies to read novels,some have to collects datas on any topics so they use to do so*
