if you go inside the earth acceleration due to gravity is directionaly proportional to height.
and if you go above form the surface of the earth the acceleration due to gravity is inversely proportional to the square of the height
and if you go above form the surface of the earth the acceleration due to gravity is inversely proportional to the square of the height
