Antibiotics are made from different plants of different kind . people who went in forest and search plants and sometimes its parts like roots , stem and leaves because these all are also used for making of antibiotics . Peoples are main because they search it manufactured by machine. But machine is not a main part because before invention of machine it is prepared manually.

As far as I can tell, most of the commercially producted antibiotics are made by bacteria, fungi, and a bit chemistry (more on that in a moment). It appears, however, that compounds with antimicrobial properties are made by just about everything.
