How the attitude of postmaster towards ali eventually changed?

Ali was visiting the post office daily . But , he always went out empty handed . Ali told the postmaster to write his name . The post master was hot headed and an insensitive person . He gets annoyed with Ali so he called him a pest and talk to him very rudely . Ali was waiting for the letter from his daughter Miriam . But he didn't recieve it for five long years. But he still had a hope that a letter from his daughter would definitely come . The postmaster was very haughty and snobbish . He talked with Ali so rudely . Being a postmaster he never valued letters . But , one day his only daughter fell ill in another town and he had no news for her . He was anxiously waiting for the letter from his daughter . Then he realise the pain of Ali that he suffered for five long years . This melted the heart of the postmaster and he realised his mistake . He realised that he should have shown more sympathy to Ali .
