the fire extinguiser contain sodium bicarbonate, in the small glass vessel above it, contain sulfhuric acid(H2SO4), when the nozzle is pressed the glass bottle breaks and mixes with NaHCO3. and release carbon dioxide and water that extinguises the fire.
NaHCO3 + H2SO4 -------> Na2SO4 + CO2 +H2O
