first the wires are covered with3 layers of rubber so that if any one touches the wires wouldn't get shocked .Inside this rubber coat there are very thin, strips of copper. This copper can be bent easily and it's also very strong. It is a material in which electricity can be passed out. When electricity touches the copper wire it transfers it to the end of the wire and we get electricity. Thank u and mark me brainliest if u want
