How the e organised sector different from unorganized sector?

Organized sectors: This is that sector of the economy in which the day of employment and salaries for the workers are guaranteed. Along with this the added benefit like leaves,medical funds and checkups are also given to the employees
.Unorganized Sectors: This sector is the opposite to the organised sector. Here no guarantee for the working days and salaries is given. And also no medical funds are given. Workers are taken up in Had-oc basis and proper wages are not distributed amongst the labour.
