Closing schools and offices ensures that people can limit their interactions with others and slows the spread of the virus.
Schools are closed and children are home until further notice
Many schools and universities are opting to continue their normal classes on online platforms. This includes the use of online tools, such as group video programs, that allow teachers and students to meet and conduct classes over the internet.
But, not all schools and universities were able to make it online. They may be closed for ever if this continues. People in rural areas are not able to send kids to school because they don't have enough resources for online learning. They are falling back on education.
