how the end of colonialism led way to democracy
Answers
Answer:
End of Colonialism led way to democracy. ... People of colonised countries waged a struggle against the colonial powers. India achieved Independence in 1947 and embarked on its journey to transform itself from a subject country to a democracy.
.As democracy has evolved, originating from the times of ancient Greece, the needs of society have grown rapidly. If you compare the United State’s system of democracy in the 19/20th century to our present day, our government has rapidly changed especially when it comes to all the programs and benefits that are available to our people because the Constitution was built to be adaptable under times of depression or times of success. This concept of democracy itself has remained pretty much the same, the only thing that has become a little different is that we have instituted a much more sufficient bureaucracy and that more people are able to participate within our gov’t due to voting laws. Additionally, more opportunities have been created for the citizens to be able to influence our government much more easily through interest groups and campaign finance.
