Focal length of a spherical mirror is not dependent on its surrounding, so there would be no change in focal length of spherical mirror when it is immerse in water.
Hope this will be helpful :)

the focal length of a spherical mirror get affected when it is placed inside water because there is an refraction . Refraction in which light travel from one medium to another .

hope it help you

ScriptedMath: This is wrong, it doesn't depend on the medium in the case of spherical mirrors.
Anonymous: no
Anonymous: it affect
Anonymous: chk on Google
ScriptedMath: That's in the case of spherical LENS, refraction does NOT occur in mirrors, reflection occurs. The focal length of mirror in any medium would be its centre of curvature/2. Unless the radius of the sphere miraculously enlarges when placed in water, it does not effect the focal length whatsoever.

ScriptedMath: No problem!! :)
