- After complete digestion the waste from the food is stored in 'rectum' of the large intestine and is sent out of the body through the anus; it is controlled by a muscular Anal sphincter.
- Sweat is one way through which the body excretes excess salt and waste through dissolving in water and giving it out on the surface of skin.
- Urine is another way in which the fluid wastes is excreted through the urethra of the urinary bladder which stores urine filtered by the Kidneys.
- Exhaling is also another way of sending out gaseous wastes of the body (CO2).
