How the kingdom of Mysore opposed to British

Under the leadership of Haider Ali and later  by Tipu Sultaan, the kingdom of mysore  had continuously oppose the British rule .there were 4 battles between Kings of Mysore & British along with conflict of Nizam of hydrabaad , marathas & kingdom of Travancore .these fights called anglo-mysore wars .
after winning first 2 wars , kingdom of mysore lost final two followed by death of Tipu sultaan . kingdom of mysore were known for their military power &  arts . they were known to be most modern  urbanized region
