The non -cooperation movement in the tribal areas unfolded different motives as it was thought by Mahatma Gandhi. In those areas, people thought that the time had come when they r free to do their monopoly as they did prior. That means they could go through the forests and collect forest products as they did previously and so in the name of the mahatma, they didn't cared about the British and went on to do their earlier activities....
