ozone layer is not harmful to us ....but depletion of ozone layer is harmful to us because the uv radiation will start entering the earths atmosphere and deplete the ozone layer thereby causing harmful diseases like eye cataract, skin cancer and may other deadly diseases....therefore depletion of ozone layer is a cause of concern

ozone is indeed harmful to humans.it is present in the top level of atmosphere where it cant reach us.it is made up of three molecules of oxygen( O3) which is a deadly poison to humans.ozone is an air pollutant that damages human health, vegetation, and many common materials too.
and the UV rays,they cause skin cancer,respiratory problems and many more harms
