how the people of South Africa able to make a unique constitution

before the constitution south Africa was based on apartheid . it was racial discrimination between blacks and whites . more importance was given to the whites rather than to the blacks . but then soon after the constitution was formed all the people the blacks and whites united together to forget all the problems and start a new life with no such discrimination. they gave equal rights to both the blacks and whites . there was no inequality of castes or colours from the time .
