Hey mate...as we all know the way way Harshita said plastic is a boon for us...but it also has proven to be a life threatening substance. ...When plastic gets mixed with the soil it leads to soil pollution..As it provides a surface for the germs &micro-organisms to grow it retards the extension of the roots of other plants or in other words it creates a barrier not letting the plant to grow well ...Plus we know that plastic is a non - biodegradable substance & takes nearly 5 centuries or in other words 500 hundred years ...hope it helps if mate....
