In his pensive mood, the poet, William Wordsworth is reminded of the beautiful time he had had with the golden daffodils ,one fine morning. At that vacant moment he could again feel the same happiness he had felt at that time. His heart fills with pleasure and he feels the 'bliss of solitude'.
Long after his encounter with the daffodils, he lies on his couch and rejoices as he pictures the daffodils dancing.
