How the power share between w central and state govt. In federalism?

The Constitution shares power between centre and state in terms of three lists- Union list,State list and Concurrent list

The union list contains 100 subjects,state list 61 and concurrent list contains 52 subjects

In the Concurrent list both the centre and state can make laws but in case of conflict centre prevails.
