Breathing is nothing but inhalation of oxygen rich air and inhalation of co2 rich air . the inhalation is stimulated by our brain when co2 reach our brain to conduct a nerve impluse to inhale air .

While oxygen moves from the capillaries and into body cells, carbon dioxide moves from the cells into the capillaries.
