The Indians wanted to master themselves and they wanted to have the prosperity of their country given up no more. Sepoy mutiny also rose up to get the Britishers out of the very nation they had scarred for so many years and therefore a nationwide nationalism inflicted violent protest was disbursed by the Indians.
