The Rights of Indian Citizen is different bcoz in India the citizens are free to elect their leaders but in Saudi Arabia the citizens are not free to elect their leaders bcoz their is no democracy. Indian citizen can oppose the policies of the govt. but the Saudi Arabia citizens can't do this. So, these are the differences between the Indian citizen and an Saudi Arabia citizen.
