yes dude either your question has some fault or I have an fault answer;
listen when it was 2696 bc appx. 1st it was. said that china got this recipe of making silk from the cocoon fell in the princess. tea and therefore it's threads got splited from it and thus due to heat .
2ndly few people say that it was cheated from Indian culture itz is 30% correct as it is said in Vedas and purans that it was also there at dwapur time and yes many people use to wear it too in India but there is no proof now's.
