Sperm gets into uterus during sexual intercourse. First it gets in female body through vagina, goes upto cervix than it reaches the uterus. Than the sperm goes upto Fallopian Tube gets fertilized with the egg. Than the fertilized egg comes back to uterus, for further internal fertilization.
